Recipe: Vitamin C Protein Blast
Ingredients
- 2 medium oranges
- 2 wedges of lemon
- 2 medium strawberries
- Small handful of blueberries
- ½ banana
- 2 to 3 scoops of your favorite protein powder
- ½ cup of ice
- 1 cup of chilled water
Instructions
- Put ingredients in a blender or use immersion blender.
- Blend that shit until buttery smooth.
- Drink.
Advanced techniques
- Decrease amount of water, add 1 to 2 shots of chilled vodka or tequila.
