Recipe: Vitamin C Protein Blast

Ingredients

  • 2 medium oranges
  • 2 wedges of lemon
  • 2 medium strawberries
  • Small handful of blueberries
  • ½ banana
  • 2 to 3 scoops of your favorite protein powder
  • ½ cup of ice
  • 1 cup of chilled water

Instructions

  1. Put ingredients in a blender or use immersion blender.
  2. Blend that shit until buttery smooth.
  3. Drink.

Advanced techniques

  • Decrease amount of water, add 1 to 2 shots of chilled vodka or tequila.
